Our hotel in Paguera, just 350 metres from Palmira beach. Here you can enjoy the best of both worlds: the sea, the promenade, its restaurants and amenities are all on your doorstep, while the hotel itself offers the peace and quiet you need to truly unwind on your Mallorca holiday. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home, knowing you’re in a well-run, well-looked-after property.


In the winter of 2026, the old guesthouse we have been running for seven years was transformed into an adults-only hotel in Paguera. Today we offer fresh, comfortable spaces while keeping the friendly, intimate character that has always defined Don Carlos. Our approach is straightforward: family hospitality, professional service and smart technology that makes your stay easier at our hotel near the beach in Paguera.


As an Italian family, good food matters to us enormously, and that shows in our generous breakfast buffet. Our private pool, surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers and parasols, is the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach or out and about in Paguera. A peaceful, adults-only setting where you can soak up the sun and really relax. (Open daily from 10:00 to 20:00.)

Gym

Our private gym is equipped with everything you need to keep up your training during your stay: treadmill, exercise bike and free weights. It’s free for all guests to use. Perfect if you like to keep active or want to make the most of your holiday for fitness.

Start the day with our Mallorcan and continental breakfast buffet. Staying true to our roots as an Italian family of cooks, good food is at the heart of what we do, and we go out of our way to source quality local produce.
